Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.

Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international destinations.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. Eligible products may also offer Buy with Prime delivery for Prime members. Your available shipping options and final shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact support@zovirolife.com with your order number and we will help.
