How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most of our products are available immediately—we will notify your tracking number when we ship your order. We will ship your order on the same day before placing the order at 4 pm for UPS ground shipments. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Usually, the delivery may take 2-5 business days when you received your tracking number.
How can I find out the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your order. You can also email us at support@zovirolife.com anytime.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear your item arrived damaged! Please contact us at support@zovirolife.com so we can make it right. Please include your order number in your email.
